I merely suggested the obvious and had a huge laugh at the fact you brought up exactly the kind of training I was hinting at. It's very clear that training has not been appropriately tailored to individuals, which is (as I said) a fair trade off for the situation currently facing this staff. They have little time to get some very large boys strong enough to be tossed into the fire.
As for HLA matched platelet injections - of course I'm advocating that in the situation described. That's how you mitigate the stupidity of not tailoring workouts to the incredibly specific roles and body types on such a diverse group of young athletes. Since you seem not to understand, HLA matched simply means the platelets they receive will be less likely to cause long term compatibility issues for these kids, and they're ALREADY getting these treatments after they're injured... You know that right???
