Is to blame somebody else, instead of the perpetrator. Victim blaming is dead wrong,

Take responsibility for yourself and life gets easier. When it's always somebody else's fault there's a ready-made excuse, but the problem is, other people aren't under your control, so nothing ever gets better, and you'll suffer the consequences of your actions. The world is a harsh place for perps who chronically blame others. Bad stuff just seems to follow them around.
