he gets a paycheck and advances toward retirement with little pressure. They get a name to leverage to get some stability and hopefully respectability. Oh, and the guy can coach a bit, at least on the defensive side of the ball. He should go get some offensive-minded guy to install a quick tempo offense and see what happens.
