If you were in Sterk's position taking over as AD, what would be your first order of business?
Matt said he'd make finalizing plans for a new football facility / expanded MATC the top priority in his first 100 days. Settle on an idea, get money in order, get Curators to approve it, and get going.
Oh man, I couldn't disagree more. I'm going to call and tell him how wrong he is.
