Something Elarbee had to do at Arkansas State before coming to Missouri. He didn't have the luxury of waiting a few years to get new recruits in. He got major changes in his first year.

I'm not saying we're going to turn into a top 25 offense. But if we're just average we could win the East.

Creative play calling without taking many sacks utilizing a balanced running and passing attack, emphasizing what our linemen can execute.
