but the big 12 is an easy target thanks to leadership issues that have prevailed over time.

the best outcome is couched in the article as a blow to the league, remaining at ten. that's nuts. if it remains at ten because the tv rights are expanded, that's a huge victory for the league.

piling on is getting old and in this case totally senseless.
