Legion Field in Birmingham was home for Alabama football. It was their home field every bit as much as the one in Tuscaloosa

It was no different for Mississippi State in Jackson

(Ole Miss also called Jackson home)

It was a road win for Mizzou vs a non con period

Like I said, things were different back then
