First responder healthcare is good, easy. Seriously, who opposes that? No one. any opposition is to the crapfest ammendment(s) progressives put on same bill.

Healthcare for kids.

$20 billion for NYC. Well, that's what the average senator does.

Frankly, 1,3 are done by whoever is filling the NY senator seat.
