Health coverage was free for many before Obamacare. Insured people paid that cost.

Families went broke because they had substandard health coverage or reached insurance maximums.

Families can leave children on their coverage up to age 26 now, which allows them to finish schooling or work part time until they can get a better job that helps cover them.

It makes those that are capable of paying to do so or pay a fine. Seems reasonable to me.

It's not perfect, but it's a good start.

P.S. Harry Truman and Teddy Roosevelt wanted a national health care plan even before costs skyrocketed over the last 30 years.
