So let's not worry about the 10
Commandments?
What's so bad about mass murder?
sarasotatiger: "What did your proclaimed first Pope do?"
He denied Jesus three times, which was a very bad thing, obviously. Of course, he repented and was forgiven by Our Lord, who later made him the leader of the Church He founded, indeed He made him the "rock" upon which His Church was built.
He certainly did not promote lying or murder, much less mass murder.
sarasotatiger: "Being a liar and a murderer is about as bad as it gets?"
Since Jesus told those who did so that they were children of their father, Satan, yeah, I would say that that is about as bad as it gets. It most certainly is not anything compatible with Christian values.
sarasotatiger: "What did the father of the gentile church and the most quoted Apostle do? "
I assume you mean St. Paul? He did a LOT of things. Could you go ahead and let us know what
you have in mind and where you are trying to go with this?
sarasotatiger: "Oh yes how do you describe Hell? Do you have the same description as Padre Pio?"
I'm not sure how St. Padre Pio described hell, but here is the teaching of His Church as listed in the Catechism:

1035 The teaching of the Church affirms the existence of hell and its eternity. Immediately after death the souls of those who die in a state of mortal sin descend into hell, where they suffer the punishments of hell, "eternal fire."617 The chief punishment of hell is eternal separation from God, in whom alone man can possess the life and happiness for which he was created and for which he longs.
