Africa was in ruins thanks in large part to capitalistic countries raping them of natural and human resources for hundreds of years.
These same countries have been heavy handed in placing leaders in African countries to allow our imperialist economic plans to work.
Huge fact: No one says capitalism doesn't create great wealth. The first 10 pages of the Communist Manifest seem like the Capitalist Manifesto. It's a total praise of capitalism. It's what comes next that's the issue -- which you hit on in the title of your thread.
