Anyway on the right hand side was a ticker. It transiently stated that the ruble price allowed imported cars (like Mercedes etc.) into Russia TO BE CHEAPER than what they would sale for ~ in the country in which it was produced.
I would think he's not the only person seeing the present opportunity.
