If anarchy is without leader, and socialist is community control of things they would seem to be in conflict with each other.
On a small scale I could see where a community could meet and agree on community type decisions.
On a national level I don't see how a leaderless society could come to terms and make the millions of decisions whereby the community would control the means of production and make sure no one got more rich and powerful than their comrades.
