future expectations is reasonable? Based on what we've seen from this coaching staff, the players that are returning, and the level of incoming recruits, I think expecting another terrible (for Mizzou) season is quite reasonable. Sure things could magically change but to have that as the expectation rather than the outlier isn't very practical.

Apple made $49 billion in Q3 of 2015. It's safe to assume they will likely be pretty close to the same amount when earnings are announced. Maybe a little more or little less. Using what has happened in the past and other data points available to predict what is going to happen occurs in every single facet of life. I don't know why some think basketball is so different.
