and/or know their limitations.

I rode very early Saturday morning (left StL at 5:00am and got on the trail at 7:30am) and had no interest in doing anything Sunday at all.

It is very stupid for folks not in good shape and/or who don't know their limits. Some people think dangerous conditions make it somehow more noble. Those folks are idiots.
