and has visited just about every daycare/preschool in Lees Summit this year.
Note, we're putting our kid in half-day preschool this coming fall, not all day daycare, but here are my wife's favorites for the preschool side of things:
Libby Lane (Motessori preschool & daycare)

Overall my Wife's favorite, but they didn't have half-day preschool available on the days we needed it, so we ended up signing up with:
Stepping Stones

It's in a church(next to Walmart) but it's a fairly non-secular preschool/daycare. They might sing the occasional religious-themed song during music time, but they don't preach to the kids or have bible study or anything of that sort.
