I don't believe in coincidences and the DNC leaks were targeted to embarrass Clinton and the DNC right when there convention was to be the big news.
If as it appears the Russians hacked the DNC how tough would it be for them to have hacked the Chappaqua server. A few well timed releases of emails Hillary failed to produce or ones showing dealings with her and the Clinton Foundation while at the State Department would not be helpful say in mid-October
