The PAC slammed the door in the Wallflowers' faces just a few years ago. What changed?

There was collective silence from the SEC and the B1G when Boren announced OU's intention to leave the Big XII. Why all of a sudden is their dance card full of suitors?

The biggest question is why does OU or the big XII think that anyone is going to buy the same line of bs?
