That's awful. At my kid's daycare, 2 workers

just walked out yesterday morning. The 2 longest tenured people were both out for all or part of the day, so it was basically the director trying to watch 15 kids ages 0-5.

Love the director but she doesn't pay enough and is hard on people so massive turnover. Thinking about a change.
