LGBTQ training and that's how I got acquainted with the "Q" part of the acronym.
I personally think the "Q" should just designate 'questioning' as 'queer'seems more like a pejorative than a description.
I (sadly) believe there are plenty of confused youngsters out there that are ENCOURAGED by their teachers, parents and others to question the traditional sexual identities.
