Dems would still vote for her.
They would accuse the baby of asking for it, justify it by saying the baby was republican, what's the value of one baby versus the first women president, etc..
The media would just claim it was a 4th trimester abortion, which should be legal, and anyone who doesn't agree is just an evil conservative republican who hates womens rights.
Planned parenthood would organize marches in support.
If clinton dies, they'll still try to run her, and then put in the VP .
