very obvious to me. 3rd party money. Was none years ago, when anyone could go to the doctor, pay the bill and go home. I don't even know if there was ANY health ins. when I was a kid and I'm sure my dad had none.
That money came, first, from employers competing for workers after WWII, but FAR worse has been of course the gov't, who will always keep increasing its input.
