Charter....the absolute worst!

Storm Tuesday night takes out power for 1 day. Power back on last night, but no digital signal. I spend an hour chatting and calling for service, explaining that it is likely a down line, but, Nooooooo, we must, first send a tech to be sure it's not a problem at the house. Which they bill you for, by the way. A day later, the tech climbs the pole and reports, IT'S A PROBLEM WITH THE LINE IN FRONT OF YOUR POLE JACK.
My line problem has now been reported to the LINE SUPERVISOR and he'll have someone out to repair the line in 24 to 48 hours, TOPS!
