was delivered and, when we opened it, there was a nick on one of the wood panels of the drawer. Wife called and asked for a replacement drawer. They sent an entire ottoman and told us to keep the original ottoman.
It's either an incredible example of customer service or confirmation that the value of IKEA furniture won't support the effort of restocking anything damaged in shipment.
