stimulate economic activity & growth.

You have it backwards & it laughably telling that you can only comprehend tax policy in a vaccum. That is, tax cuts having no effect on what is essential to the deficit & the economy - creating more revenue than deficits.

To that end, you do realize there are numerous more cuts that can be made to useless bureaucratic social programs & other waste, as opposed to something as essential as the Military, right?

In fact, spurring job growth & wealth creation with tax cut makes cuts to many unnecessary Gov tit sucking social programs an organic result!
