The practice of venue and judge shopping has to end.
They need to expand the DC circuit and require that any challenge to federal orders or laws must come through that circuit. They also need to totally randomize how the judges are assigned.
It's amazing that of the hundreds of restraining orders against Trump's policies how they all seem to run through the same curcuits and are always assigned to judges friendly to the cases.
