One person, a mad man, could order the Air Force to launch the B2 bombers and attack another nation on whatever pretense they wanted.
I’m not saying you are wrong. That there isn’t an argument to be made to hold off on prosecution or impeachment. There is. And there is no right or wrong answer.
I think the problem lies with Congress who has failed to do their job for several decades now.
