not worth the bump

Ice chunk fell off a truck on a highway and went through the grill of a dealer loaner car. Had to pay the full $2300 out of pocket or turn it into MY insurance.

That dealer has missed out on my last two vehicle purchases plus every family member and friend I can tell

Please explain why this message is being reported.
