Gates has improved but has time to continue to get better

Gates has learned some lessons and has improved as a coach while at Mizzou. I expect that growth to continue. All the coaches you mentioned are older than Gates and thus have more experience.

Team chemistry improved
Areas to Improve.....
Team defense
Lockdown defender who relishes in frustrating the opponent.
Teaching the FT fundamentals leading to a higher success %.
Emphasizing rebounding on both ends.
Micro-manage coaching with under 5 minutes in a game.
I don't really get excited over our wins because I expect to win and when we win, that's what we're supposed to do. When we lose, I get really frustrated because of the breakdowns that occur, for various reasons.
I look forward to this post season and if we play and coach our best, we have a big up side waiting for us.
