I'd way rather have a guy who succeeded as an OC at a P4, then killed it as a G5 HC, than a guy who has only ever been an OC with no HC experience. They are two different jobs, and to get a big boy HC job, most schools want proof you can succeed as HC else where.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
