blatantly continued to do it after saying they would stop. That said, a couple of years after they were given the death penalty the NCAA said to themselves 'jesus what did we do?' and it became clear they were never going to do it again. The NCAA's stupidity and arrogance/lack of consistency has doomed the organization and it couldn't have happened to a bigger bunch of a**holes.
