with a chance to evolve will change. He is clearly bright and spends a lot of time thinking about the game. He just lacks wisdom and perspective so that can change. Sometimes though negative re-enforcement of lack of success.

Its a lot better to have a bright young coach who is wrong than a dumb simpleton who doesn't have the capacity to do better.
