Who said he tells guys on the front side, “My job is to recruit you and why I’m pursuing you is because you are better than then guys in the room. The day after you sign you need to work every day like you aren’t because the day after you sign I’m trying to find guys better than you and the university is doing the same thing to me.” He said being straight up works.

Impressive insight to the mind of these guys who are successful.
