Ashton has a quiet confidence that really helps players. I think Sara Rose really needed more of this her first couple years. I personally told Sara you are a very good player this fall. Being from Australia I can imagine its a lot to adjust to, and being so far from home.
East and Carter from the mens team play with no fear, and loads of confidence. I think its very important.
