would have transferred out of here had he not been fired.
Of course the dynamic is different now.
Will be interesting to see if any players hit the portal now, or change their commitments.
Is a players primary loyalty to the school or the coach? Always an open question. It’s not like he’s going to get hired as a head coach at any decent D1 program and have players who just love playing for him leave Mizzou to follow him. He won’t get hired, anywhere.
I’ll be shocked if no current player hits the portal. Maybe Cox to Baylor, or to NC St, where she has family ties? I’m just speculating.
