Volleyball coaching search thoughts

I preface this by stating that I have not followed college volleyball nationally very closely the last few years why we have struggled, but I pulled up the RPI after I read the Josh Taylor news just to get a feel for potential candidates.
First thing I noticed was that UNLV was #21 in RPI and their head coach Dawn Sullivan is a K-State alum and spent many years prior to getting the UNLV job as the top assistant at a pretty successful Iowa State program. That would seem like a natural fit for DRF. It is worth noting that K-State fired their coach today so they could be targeting her as well.
