there is no building a program anymore. You can't bring in a kid now that you think you may have the ability to develop and expect them to stay for 4 years. Kids come in now, they don't like their playing time and they can transfer without sitting a year. Then they don't like the next place so they transfer again. The only building these days is how much money can a kid make in college and what does can the university do to put me in the league. That's really it.
