To figure out you need to tell your players 1. Don’t shoot 3s because even if you are wide open you are better with the ball on the floor. AND 2. Crash the boards so aggressively you steal possessions to make up for your lack of 3s (Coleman).
Explain how a coach doing an interview says basically what dumb fans like me have been saying all season. 17 games to figure this out. That give anyone hope for the future?
Guess what? 1/2 these kids at a minimum will transfer next season and we will be right back here around .500 1/2 way through 2022-23 when he figures out something obvious next season.
NEXT season he will recruit 3 pt guards and take 17 games to figure out he needs a guard rotation.
2023-24 he will take 17 games to figure out the 4 kids he recruited who are tweeners and playing isn’t the same thing as playing positionleas basketball.
2024-25 he will take 17 games to realize …
