Rule/Stat?

So in OT on the Blackwell missed FT on the and 1 it was posted and she was credited with a TO on the FT violation, is that accurate? The reason I ask is like I know it's a violation if you leave the line too early and I could even see it being considered a TO if they hadn't scored on that possession but the reason I find it so weird is if right that means on 1 possession Blackwell scored 2 points and had a TO, which is really bizarre.
