was a huge blow to a team that was ranked #1 in the nation as late as mid-February. They quickly dropped to a 3 seed and we’re upset in the first round. Peeler (a national player of the year favorite at the time) was forced to play point and the team dramatically changed. This is the second most impactful injury in MU history…..next to MPJ.
