There's so much that's wrong with that statement.
The hiring criteria shouldn't be "a qualified black" or "a qualified woman", it should be "the most qualified".
Do they really expect MU/KU to turn down a more qualified candidate because he has the wrong skin color?
Like, a little makeup discrimination to atone for things that happened over a century ago?...
It's unbelievable that their readers/subscribers put up with nonsense like this.
