If the Super Conference is structured around the SEC, Missouri gets into it.
If they disband the SEC, Missouri is likely left out.
The SEC already has 9 of the national championship caliber programs out of 19-20. The easiest route is to just roll the other 10-11 into the SEC.
The next addition will be OSU, Michigan, PSU and ND. Their media contract expires in 2 years. Then you take USC, UCLA, WA from the PAC12. The ACC will be last. Once the NCAA effectively disbands, the Grant of Rights will be a legal footnote.
