She could issue a team rule that bans kneeling for the national anthem. If you want to kneel, you'll have to do it in the comfort of your own living room, not on the sidelines of a major international competition.
What's funny is that kneeling was once seen as a form of subjugation. People kneel before the king, queen and Pope. People kneel before God to pray. So you could interpret kneeling during the national anthem as a sign of respect, although I'm sure today's kneelers don't intend it that way.
