Laurie was a borderline Big 6 vs mid major. The injury really impacted his quickness and made Mid Major a better fit. Think he would have contributed but not starred if he hadn't lost some of his quickness to injury. He ran the point on that Kickapoo team that trounced most everyone and was their best three point shooter and one of their leading scorers. Tolliver and Mitchell were also on that team. Tolliver went to Creighton and Mitchell to Mo State which is where Laurie finished his career.
