So a 30 win team just ten years ago was irrelevant?

Mizzou became irrelevant with three consecutive horrid hires.
Martin was a mediocre coach that we thought could deliver STL and somehow up his game. He has not delivered STL and he has not upped his game. He is exactly the coach he has been his entire career. Mediocre.
Kim was a misguided attempt to bring back Norm. It failed miserably in every way. I do not fault the effort but it blew up in our faces.
Haith was a questionable hire that turned out better than expected he was just slimy. He would actually be pretty decent at a school that was better at quietly cleaning his messes (cough, cough ku).
Mike Anderson was a solid coach with a good pedigree, exactly what we needed with our current hire. He brought back Mizzou BB from the Quin era and made it relevant again. After a while we wanted him gone because his program had plateaued. What would we give to be back on that plateau now?
Quin Snyder was the perfect coach hired ten years too early. He was simply not ready for the position.
I am simply wanting our program to be relevant. We moved to the SEC to hopefully buoy all of our programs. Most have floundered since we got here. There is no excuse for that.
