agreements have both arbitration and enforcement clauses. Being known not to fulfill your agreements will also cause you to lose your future business.

What happens if government fails to fulfill its agreement....the customer (taxpayer) both pays more and cannot change who they do business with.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
