Any casual observer of our games could visually see that Watson stood stationary behind the three point line almost entire possessions the whole time he was in the game. He very rarely moved from a spot on the offensive side of the floor. And as I said in the original post > 75% of his attempts came from beyond the arc.
That is the role he is being asked to play, whether it aligns with his skill set or not (not in this case). His 'job' so to speak was to stand right there and be prepared for ball reversals and kickouts, and to shoot it when the opportunity presented itself. That is what he was asked to do at MU.
