I was pulling into a park. There was literally no one in the parking lot, so I drove around the speed bump in the parking lot. A park ranger sitting back on a side road at a distance saw that and wrote me a ticket for avoidance of a traffic control device.

There was no traffic. I was the only one in the parking lot and was saving my suspension from going over the speed bump.

The ticket served no purpose. It did not prevent any sort of wreck. It did not prevent me from speeding as I was not. It just generated money for the government.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
