you take their check, then when they ask for the money back send them to your claims department which is actually just karen, and have karen take down all their information and say someone will get back to them, then after a week or so when they call back asking for the status of their claim, send them back to the claims department (aka karen) where she can say she doesn't have anything on file but she'd be happy to take down all their information again. then when they follow up a week later send them back to claims (aka still karen) and she'll look up their claim and tell them they've filed two claims so we can't move forward until this gets sorted out, in which case they'll demand to speak with a manager so karen will escalate their request to the claims appeals department (aka brenda's voicemail). then once brenda gets back from her hair appointment she can check her voicemail but accidentally hit 7 instead of 4, which erases the voicemail instead of saving it. then after a few more days they'll call back, talk to karen, then she'll forward them to brenda, then brenda will apologize for accidentally deleting the email, and will take down all their information and file a new claim for them. now they'll feel like they're getting somewhere. then when they call back a week later they'll talk to karen who transfers them to brenda who looks up the status of their claim and sees that there are now three claims, which unfortunately triggers an automatic review by their quality control department in costa mesa, but she can transfer you to them. during the transfer the call gets cut off and there's just a dial tone. now when they call back they'll talk to karen who transfers them to brenda and brenda will explain to them that the quality control office in costa mesa is really backed up due to covid, and that they can expect to hear something back in 2 to 6 weeks. then 4 weeks later they'll call back and talk to karen who will transfer them to brenda who will inform them that due to covid we've had to close our costa mesa quality control office, btu that their case has been escalated to management, and brenda will forward them to you, where you will answer "who dis?" and they'll explain their situation and then you'll say "b|tch this black joeboo, you got the wrong number!" and then hang up.
