If you accept the SEC has 5 teams that will finish on the top 15 in the nation at the end of the year (which I don’t), there is no reason we can’t be fighting for 6th or 7th in the conference, which would get us in the tournament. Picking us 10, 11, or 12 is an insult.

I agree, “show me”, we have to go out and prove it on the court. I’m just stunned though by the lack of respect. Hope RP uses it as bulletin board material. I’m very confident this is going to be a very good team and make the NCAA tournament, just have no clue about the seed. Could be anywhere from 4-10, with 6-7 most likely.

I’m not sold on those 5 SEC teams being top 15 in the country. Yes, SC is a lock for top 5-6, and Miss St and Kentucky will be in the top 20 if not top 15. I’m less bullish on TAMU and Arky. The former has a ton of talent returning but I’d like to see how the loss of Chennedy Carter affects them. And on paper Arky looks really good, let’s see if they can prove it. Although I love their coach, he is one of the best in the country.
